Our robust intake process gives us the information we need to assess skills and expertise and connect our people with projects that fit their passions and track record.

Outline the project. Next, we help you define the skills and experience you need to meet your objectives.
Review the talent. We’ll build a shortlist of candidates who meet your needs. You’ll select who to meet for working sessions.
Find the right consultant. Our working sessions enable you to meet with your favorite candidates to get a feel for their thought processes, approach, and working style.
Project start. From first contact, your consultant can start working in 1 to 3 weeks.
Matchmaking is our superpower! Once we understand your project needs, consultant wish list, and budget, we start sourcing from our curated community of experts.
Our talent team truly partners with you to pair you with the right person. Once they build a shortlist of two to five experts, they’ll work with you to select your top choices and schedule working sessions. You’ll meet with each candidate in a working session to get insight into their thought process and working style and determine if they’re the right fit for your project and team.
You’ll receive a dedicated client success manager (CSM) to ensure that your needs are being met, from kick off to project end, including:
Project kick off: Review scope of work, deliverables, and success metrics with your CSM and consultant (+1 week after start)
Month one check-in: Discuss successes, areas for improvements and any updates to scope of work with your CSM (+1 month after kick off)
Quarterly check-in: Review scope of work and consultant performance with your CSM (quarterly through life of project)
Project end: As the project nears completion, your CSM will work with you to build a thorough transition plan
