The Microsoft Elite program  relies on thousands of internal early adopters to “use, love, and break” the company’s latest tech to ensure launch-ready products that provide an exceptional customer experience. So when the program’s lead PM went out on an unplanned emergency leave, someone needed to step in—quickly—to keep the high-profile program running at full speed.   


Two short days after the program lead went out on leave, we fast-tracked a replacement PM to lead during her absence. It was crunch time. Amazon Web Services (AWS) needed end-to-end marketing support—including a high volume of content creation—for a rapidly approaching product launch.


We helped AWS meet its needs—and launch timeline—by building a Marketing-On-Demand team with embedded experts, maximizing AWS’ marketing budget and minimizing fees, while providing impactful expertise in customer evidence, content marketing, and sales enablement. A multinational hardware company needed to build trust and strengthen partnerships. It wanted to transform its partner narrative by pivoting from the value that partners brought it to the value that it provides to partners.


We delivered a clearly-defined partner messaging framework that put partners first.

Our team inventoried existing content and interviewed 18 stakeholders to build a narrative architecture, big ideas, calls to action, key messaging, stories and themes, strategy, talking points, and narrative flow. Our work uncovered a lack of consistency and trust—its partners wanted to be heard. A global software company’s IoT marketing team needed a comprehensive demand generation and digital marketing strategy to reach and engage its target customers around the globe.


In coordination with regional marketing activities, we helped the team craft a third-party paid media/demand gen strategy to target, educate, and engage its target customers through strategic ad buys and industry sites.

How do you select your consultants?

Outline the project. Next, we help you define the skills and experience you need to meet your objectives.

Review the talent. We’ll build a shortlist of candidates who meet your needs. You’ll select who to meet for working sessions.

Find the right consultant. Our working sessions enable you to meet with your favorite candidates to get a feel for their thought processes, approach, and working style.

Project start. From first contact, your consultant can start working in 1 to 3 weeks.

How do you pair me with the right consultant?

Matchmaking is our superpower! Once we understand your project needs, consultant wish list, and budget, we start sourcing from our curated community of experts.

Our talent team truly partners with you to pair you with the right person. Once they build a shortlist of two to five experts, they’ll work with you to select your top choices and schedule working sessions. You’ll meet with each candidate in a working session to get insight into their thought process and working style and determine if they’re the right fit for your project and team.

How are you different from an agency or a recruiting service?

You’ll receive a dedicated client success manager (CSM) to ensure that your needs are being met, from kick off to project end, including:

Project kick off: Review scope of work, deliverables, and success metrics with your CSM and consultant (+1 week after start)

Month one check-in: Discuss successes, areas for improvements and any updates to scope of work with your CSM (+1 month after kick off)

Quarterly check-in: Review scope of work and consultant performance with your CSM (quarterly through life of project)

Project end: As the project nears completion, your CSM will work with you to build a thorough transition plan

As a client, am I responsible for managing a consultant’s performance?
