We work with the best of the best. Our seasoned experts are choosing to drive impact, on their terms. Here’s how we curate our community of experts to pair you with the region’s top talent.
1. Consultant application. We ask all prospective consultants to submit an online profile detailing their areas of expertise, work history and requirements, skills, and ideal project.
2. In-person screening. Team fit matters. Our talent team conducts a thorough skills assessment to deliver the best talent, fast and right.
3. On-demand access. Armed with the info we need to assess an applicant’s skills and expertise, we contact them when we have a project that aligns with their passion & experience.
Lisa Hufford founded Simplicity Consulting in 2006.
After 14 years in corporate America, her career was at a crossroads. She still wanted to do impactful work, but she also wanted the flexibility to own her schedule.
Lisa saw that companies were starting to rethink the traditional employment model. And she knew that she had the expertise to deliver meaningful results. So she approached her VP at Microsoft and pitched him a project—as a consultant.
One successful project led to another, and Lisa quickly became the go-to advisor for experts who wanted to redefine how they worked and for companies and managers who wanted to leverage on-demand talent. Today, Simplicity employs nearly 200 people—more than 70% of whom are women.
